This is the privacy policy for Barnes & Conti Associates, Inc. (Barnes & Conti) Web sites. This policy describes the broadest potential use of data throughout the Barnes & Conti Websites. Please note that Barnes & Conti maintains the same privacy practices described in this policy for data we collect off-line; accordingly, references below to Website “users” also apply to individuals from whom we collect data off-line.

Embedded URLs
To assist users in navigating our online tools, Barnes & Conti embeds values within URLs. These “embedded URLs” show themselves as a URL with a value appended in plain text. This technology allows limited information to follow the user as she/he navigates the site. The data embedded in the URL is not used beyond the session.

Barnes & Conti is concerned with the security of the data we have collected and has in place reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to that information.
